Returns & Exchanges Policy
* Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* If a return or exchange is required due to an error by YL Collectives, return delivery costs will be fully covered by us when reported within 3 days of purchase.
* For customer-related errors (including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect delivery details), the client will be responsible for all delivery costs.
* For all return or exchange requests made after 3 days from the date of purchase, delivery costs will be covered by the client, regardless of the reason.
* Exchanges may be requested only within 7 days of purchase and are subject to product availability. Where the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers will be offered a store credit. Please note that YL Collectives operates a strict no-refund policy.
* Requests made after this period will no longer be eligible for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked Final Sale, discounted items, or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
YL Collectives reserves the right to amend or decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
